Late Arrivals

We ask that if you are running more than ten minutes late for your appointment to please call prior to your arrival to confirm that we can still accommodate you. We will do our best to do so, but In the event that we cannot, we will work with you to reschedule at your convenience.

 

Cancellation

We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice for cancellations or any changes to an appointment. We understand that sometimes a last minute cancellation is necessary. However, In the event that a client has 2 or more less than 24 hour cancellations, we may require a credit card to be kept on file to hold the appointment.  A cancellation fee may be charged for any further late cancellations.

 

Keratin Treatments, extension applications and color corrections require a deposit prior to booking as they are services which require an extensive amount of time. This deposit is non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours.

 

Please make any cancellations and changes via phone during business hours. Email and voicemail are for general inquiries that are not time-sensitive.

 

Payment

We accept all major credit cards except Discover. A driver's license must be shown when paying by personal check.

We regret that we can not add gratuity to credit cards. For your convenience we have an ATM located within the salon.

 

Returns

Unopened product with a receipt may be returned for a full refund within 15 days.

 

Redo policy

We do not refund services.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your services please contact the salon within 7 days. We want you to be happy with our services and will do our best to make that happen.

 

Peaceful environment policy

To make every experience here a peaceful one, we ask that cell phone use be kept to a minimum.

 

Children are always welcome in our salon. However, we ask that all children be accompanied by an adult to ensure a peaceful environment and to keep children safe from any hot tools or potentially irritating product.

 

Anyone not receiving a service is kindly asked to wait in our waiting area so that our staff may provide the best service to each client.

 

Personal Belongings

We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.

 

Vincent Palumbo salon maintains the right to deny service to anyone who disrespects policies,facilities,employees or clients.
